Important Notices
Drying times depend on ventilation, flooring type, and the level of cleaning carried out. Please allow extra time for floors, bathrooms, and any carpet-cleaning add-ons to fully dry after your appointment.
We can move light, easy-to-handle items, but cannot move heavy furniture, large appliances, or fitted units for safety reasons. Please ensure areas requiring cleaning are accessible and free from clutter.
Parking must be available at or near the property to allow the team to unload equipment safely. If we cannot access the property or suitable parking is unavailable, the appointment may still be chargeable.
We aim to arrive at the scheduled time, but delays can happen due to traffic or extended earlier appointments. If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee, as this affects our scheduling and staffing.
We always do our best, but some stains, marks, limescale, or long-term build-up may not fully remove. Results depend on surface condition, age, and previous cleaning products used.
