Our End of Tenancy Cleaning service is a thorough, professional deep clean designed to meet the standards expected by landlords, letting agents and property managers. This service is ideal for tenants moving out, landlords preparing a property for new occupants, or homeowners requiring an intensive one-off clean. The focus is on detail, hygiene and presentation to help ensure the property is left in excellent condition. What’s included in the base price: • Deep cleaning of all living areas • Full kitchen clean including surfaces, sinks and external appliances • Full bathroom clean including sanitaryware, tiles and fittings • Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout • Removal of built-up grime and dirt from commonly used areas The base price includes up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Customise your clean: Every property is different, so you can easily tailor your booking by selecting additional rooms and optional extras during checkout. These include: • Additional bedrooms or bathrooms • Oven cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Inside windows • Inside kitchen cupboards • Heavy limescale removal • Pet hair deep clean Selecting the correct options ensures the price and time allocated are accurate for your property. Cancellation Policy
End of Tenancy Cleaning – Booking Policy Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an end-of-tenancy clean. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. • Missed appointments or no access on arrival will be charged at 100% of the booking value. Access to the Property • The property must be fully accessible at the scheduled start time. • If access cannot be gained, the booking may be forfeited and charged in full. • Parking restrictions or access issues must be disclosed in advance. Pricing & Accuracy of Information • Prices are calculated based on the rooms and add-ons selected at booking. • The base clean includes up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. • Additional rooms, heavy soiling, or extra services must be selected in advance. • If the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to: Apply additional charges Extend the booking time Or reschedule the service if required Condition of Property • This service is designed for empty or mostly empty properties. • Excessive clutter, personal belongings, or conditions beyond a standard end-of-tenancy clean may result in additional charges or rescheduling. Cleaning Time • Time allocations are estimates only and may vary depending on property size, layout, and condition. • End-of-tenancy cleans are detail-focused and cannot be rushed to meet fixed checkout deadlines. Guarantees & Expectations • While our cleaning meets professional end-of-tenancy standards, we cannot guarantee deposit return, as this depends on landlord or agent criteria beyond cleaning alone. Payment Terms • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. • This service is a one-off clean and is not included in any regular cleaning plans or memberships.
