What’s included in the base price: • Cleaning of all living areas • Kitchen clean including surfaces, sink and external appliances • Bathroom clean including sanitaryware, mirrors and fittings • Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout • Bin emptying and general presentation reset The base price includes up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Customise your changeover: You can tailor your booking by selecting additional rooms and optional extras at checkout, such as: • Additional bedrooms or bathrooms • Oven cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Inside windows • Laundry or bed linen change (if offered) • Pet hair deep clean Selecting the correct options ensures sufficient time is allocated and avoids delays on arrival. ## Holiday Let Changeover Cleaning – Booking Policy Our Holiday Let Changeover Cleaning service is designed to prepare your property between guest stays, ensuring it is clean, hygienic, and ready for incoming guests. This service is intended for **short-term rental changeovers** and is not the same as a deep clean or end of tenancy clean. --- ### Service Scope * This is a **changeover clean**, suitable for properties that are reasonably tidy following guest departure. * The service focuses on cleanliness, presentation, and reset for new guests. * It does **not** include heavy build-up removal, deep descaling, or post-tenancy restoration unless agreed in advance. --- ### Base Price & Add-ons * The base price includes **up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom**. * Additional rooms, bathrooms, or optional extras **must be selected at the time of booking**. * If the property size, layout, or condition differs from the booking details, additional charges or time may be required. --- ### Property Condition * Properties should be left **reasonably tidy and free from excessive clutter**. * Heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, stains, grease, or limescale may require additional charges or rescheduling. * If the property is not suitable for a standard changeover clean on arrival, we reserve the right to: * Adjust the service, * Apply additional charges, or * Decline to proceed with the clean. --- ### Cleaning Time * All cleaning times are **estimates** and may vary depending on property condition and layout. * Completion times cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance. --- ### Linen & Laundry * Bed linen changes or laundry services are only included if selected as an add-on. * Linen must be clean and accessible unless otherwise agreed. --- ### Access & Parking * Clear access instructions must be provided prior to the appointment. * Suitable parking must be available. Any parking fees incurred may be added to the booking. --- ### Cancellations & Changes * Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking in accordance with the cancellation terms set in their booking confirmation. * Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees. --- ### Multiple Properties & Regular Cleans * For property managers or hosts with multiple properties or recurring changeovers, bespoke arrangements can be discussed. By booking this service, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to this booking policy.
